6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@getomnigentai.com or through our Help Center, providing your purchase order details. Refund processing may take up to 21 working days. Refunds are not available for upgrades or purchases made after a free trial. Refund requests made by any other means than our support channels will not be honored.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the services and content are owned by OmniGent AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any rights in or to the services or content except as expressly provided in these terms.

7.2 Trademarks

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

In no event shall OmniGent AI, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

   

• (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services;

   

• (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or

• (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniGent AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
